
Brandon Scott Guymon
Brandon Scott Guymon, Beloved Son, Brother, and Husband passed away February 25, 2007 after a long courageous battle with diabetes. Brandon was born July 28, 1972 in Provo, Utah to Ken and Vicki Hill Guymon.
Brandon loved his family and friends and enjoyed time with them. He loved and understood animals. At one time or another he had a variety of pets. From exotic to common he loved them with all his heart. He often rescued unwanted or injured animals of all kinds. He dreamed of owning his own pet store one day. He was a dedicated "Trekkie" and lover of science fiction from Star Wars to Transformers. He played the cello and shared a love of music and other interests with his Uncle Dr. Terry Hill.
Brandon graduated with honors from Provo High School in 1990 and Magna Cum Laude in Business Administration from Stevens Henagar College in 2002. He worked for Ream's Grocery for 15 years until his health failed. He also worked in a local pet store as he could.
Brandon was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served a two year mission in the Wisconsin Milwaukee Mission from 1991-1993.
Brandon met and fell in love with Trisha Ann Johnson while they were both working at Reams. They were married March 22, 2003. Brandon loved Trisha and her daughter Destiny dearly.
Brandon is survived by his Wife Trisha, her daughter Destiny, his mother, father, and four brothers. Cheyney of Provo, Devon (Dacia) of Orem, Dustin (Havila) of Provo, Kenny of SLC, and a niece Haley Guymon of Provo.
Brandon was preceded in death by his grandparents, W. Grant and Alice Guymon, and Derrell and Lola Hill.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 3, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. in the Berg Drawing Room Chapel, 185 East Center Street, Provo. Friends may call at the Mortuary, Friday evening, from 6-8 p.m., or Saturday morning, one hour prior to services. Interment, Payson City Cemetery. Condolences may be sent to info@bergmortuary.com.
